फील्ड रिपोर्टिंग के लिए लगातार मुश्किल होते हालात में पत्रकारों के सिर पर लटक रहा कानूनी डंडा उनके काम को और कठिन बना रहा है.

कानून का डर न सिर्फ पत्रकारों को उनके काम से रोकता है बल्कि उनकी जिम्मेदारियों और कानूनी झमेलों के बीच एक जद्दोजहद की शुरुआत करता है.

आज पत्रकारों को डराने का सबसे अच्छा हथियार बन गया है  कानून का बेजा इस्तेमाल. इन मुश्किल होते हालात में भी पत्रकार समर्पण और निष्ठा से काम कर रहे हैं.

टीएमआर के इस सेशन में हम बात करेंगे उन पत्रकारों से जिन्हें सिर्फ उनके काम के लिए कानूनी कारवाई का सामना करना पड़ता है.

Legal challenges have been a big impediment to ground reporting. The fear of the law not only deters journalists from their work but also creates a tussle between their responsibilities and legal ramifications. Today the best weapon to intimidate journalists has become the misuse of law. Even in these difficult circumstances, journalists are working with dedication and integrity. In this session of TMR, we will talk to those journalists who have had to face legal action just for their work
